About Reata Estates
Reata Estates of Parker County, Texas is a gated community located just west of Fort Worth, Texas near the Parker-Tarrant County boundary. Driving time from downtown Fort Worth is about 30 minutes.
Reata Estates opened in 1997 and contains 83 lots on 250 acres. The terrain varies from flat, open areas to heavily wooded, rolling land. The lots range in size from 2.5 to 5 acres.

Reata has deed restrictions that specify the minimum house size, architectural details, plus other limitations. The intent of these restrictions is to preserve the beauty of Reata, protect the investment of the owners, and to maintain property values. See Reata's Covenants for more details.
SPECIAL NOTICE: The roads and streets of Reata Estates have a load limit of 45,000 pounds. Trucks and equipment weighing more that 45,000 pounds can cause damage to the roads. Please observe this limit.
Reata Estates Association
Reata Estates is governed by the Reata Estates Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation created, owned, and controlled by the individual owners. The developers have no voting rights, and there is no outside management company. All functions of Reata Estates are managed by an elected board of directors who are property owners in Reata Estates. Reata Estates Association, Inc. operates on a cash basis and has no debt. See Reata's Articles of Incorporation for the purpose and powers of the corporation.

Architectural Control Committee
Reata Estates has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) which enforces the covenants, restrictions, and guidelines. The ACC is appointed by the board of directors, and each member owns property in Reata Estates.
