Reata Estates Association Member's Area

Each owner of property at Reata is a member of Reata Estates Association, if annual assessments are paid in full.  As a member, you need to know how to report problems and to be aware of certain information.  This page was created for that purpose.

E-mail Addresses: The association needs the e-mail address of all members to send  communications, announcements, and other information on a timely basis.  Send the email address to the Association Administrator at admin@reataestates.org.

Members are responsible for maintaining a current email and postal mail address with the Association Administrator.  If an email or letter is returned as undeliverable, the Association Administrator may not make any further attempt to contact you.

Assessments: Click HERE for information regarding Reata Estates Association’s annual assessment.  Please note that if members do not maintain a current mailing address (email or USPS) with the Association Administrator to receive invoices, per our Bylaws they are still responsible for paying all assessments including any interest, late fees, and court costs.

Trash Hauling:  Reata Estates Association has an agreement with IESI to haul trash at Reata which entitles residents to receive a special discount.
