Street and Gate Lights

How to Report Problems and Other Information

Monthly Cost of Street Lights

Reata Estates Association pays a flat rate per street lamp each month to Tri-County Electric whether the lamps are burning or not.  Please report any problem as soon as you notice it.

Lights at Gate

There are two types of lights at Reata’s gate.

The lights on the top of the brick walls are controlled by an photoelectric eye that turns on the lights at night and off during the day.

The lights on the ground next to the concrete curbs are controlled by a timer that has to be adjusted as the seasons change.

If you see the gate lights burning during daylight, or if lights are not burning at night, please report the problem.

Street Light on Sabine Pass Court

The street light at the corner of Sabine Pass Court and East Rio Ridge does not burn because, according to Tri-County Electric, there is no power to that lot.  Until someone builds on the lot where the lamp is located, the street light will not be operational.

How To Report Problems

To report a burned-out bulb, broken lamps, or any problem with the street or gate lights, email the association administrator, James.Badgett@ReataEstates.org.
